Attraction Exchange Program
Working for an attraction in Pigeon Forge has its advantages! And one of our favorite things we offer employees is a robust exchange program with other local area attractions.
We offer free or reduced admission to a number of area attractions, tickets to other regional theme parks and a whole lot more. Most all our reduced and/or free admissions are offered to you as the employee, a spouse or guest AND your dependent children!
This means that while you’re not working, you can take advantage of off days and quality time with those you love most.

Flexibility
At The Island, we allow you to work with spouses and friends. Because of this, we can also work with most schedules in a flexible manner that is mutually beneficial for all parties involved.
